Interested in learning the steps and techniques of knife making? Join professional metal fabricator Brad Black for this 4-day class during which you will make a traditional Drop Point knife. You will learn to safely and correctly use many of the metalworking and woodworking tools and machines in our workshop while producing your blade and handle.
We Will Cover:
You will come away with your own hand made knife as well as the knowledge and skill to continue making knives.
All tools, materials and safety equipment are included in the price of the class. Please wear wool or cotton clothes and sturdy closed toed shoes or boots to the class.
Refunds: MakerSpace requires a minimum of 5 days (or 120 hour) notice in writing to receive a full refund. If you miss this window, we recommend you gift (or sell) your place to someone who will use it and love it. Class places are fully transferable. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations: We rarely cancel classes, but occasional things come up beyond our control. Our classes are very small to ensure you have a great learning experience, but we need a minimum of 4 students to run most of our classes. If a class is cancelled, we will get in touch by phone or email, and discuss your options which include refund, credit or transfer to another date.
Kids in classes: MakerSpace classes are designed for adults. This class is suitable for 18+ only. If you have questions about kids in the workshop, please read this.
